Amy Schulman joined Polaris Partners in 2014 and co-founded the Polaris Innovation Fund in 2017, which invests in early-stage academic biotech spinouts. Previously she served as General Counsel and President of nutrition and consumer healthcare divisions at Pfizer, and was a Partner at DLA Piper starting her legal career at Cleary Gottlieb. She is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, Chair of the Board of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ALNY), and a board member of Elevance Health (NYSE: ELV). She holds degrees from Wesleyan University and Yale Law School.
