Angela Toy

Background

Angela Toy is Partner and COO at Golden Gate Ventures, having joined as employee number two in 2011 and promoted to Partner in 2021 and COO in March 2024. She previously founded WoofWoof Box, a subscription e-commerce startup, and worked as a Broker at BGC and Wealth Management Executive at HSBC. She is an advocate for mental wellness within Singapore's startup ecosystem. She holds a Bachelor's from Nanyang Technological University and completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at UC Berkeley.
