Arik Kleinstein co-founded Glilot Capital Partners in 2011 with Kobi Samboursky. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University's Kellogg-Recanati School. His VC career began in the 1990s at Jerusalem Global Ventures. Between 2002-2010 he held executive roles at ECtel (acquired by Verint), VideoCodes (acquired by Thomson), and Intercure (IPO). In 2021 he was appointed by Israel's Minister of Innovation to the National R&D Council.
