Austin Grisham

Background

Austin Grisham is a Venture Partner and Principal of Portfolio and Firm Operations at Bee Partners. He is a two-time founder: he first built a boutique storytelling and brand strategy agency in 2016, then founded an agricultural supply chain startup in Rwanda working to integrate sustainable agriculture for US consumer brands. He also owned and operated a Whole Foods CPG company from 2019 to 2020. Before joining Bee in 2022 he helped establish a buyout private equity firm in Denver. He was promoted from Head of Platform to Principal in 2024.
