Background

Bruno Batavia is Partner and Director of Emerging Tech at Valor Capital Group. He encountered crypto in 2013 and later spent time in Zug during the early Crypto Valley period before returning to Brazil to work on the innovation agenda at the Central Bank of Brazil. He is educated at Columbia University. At Valor he focuses on emerging technology including blockchain and digital assets in Latin America and Southeast Asia, citing both regions' young populations and rapid digital adoption.
