Background
Carol Suh is a Partner at ARCH Venture Partners, joining in 2018 as an Associate and promoted to Partner in 2021. A stem cell biologist by training, she combines scientific expertise with business experience to create and fund transformative biotech companies. She co-founded Neumora Therapeutics (now NASDAQ: NMRA) and Orbital Therapeutics (acquired by BMS), and has been involved in launching Sana Biotechnology and Boundless Bio. She holds an AB in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard, an MPhil from Yale, and an MBA from Stanford GSB. She received the NVCA Rising Star Award in 2026.
