Cindy Xiong is a Partner at Foresite Capital, promoted in June 2024 after joining in 2019. She earned a PhD in Biology from the University of Michigan studying neural regeneration and was a Helen Hay Whitney postdoctoral fellow at UCSF in cell and genome engineering. She obtained an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School. Prior to Foresite, she was the first scientist at Agenovir, developing CRISPR-based therapeutics for HPV-induced cancers.
