Background

Clay Fisher is a General Partner on Spark's venture-growth team, promoted to partner in March 2024. Before Spark, he spent three years at Allen & Company advising companies including Adobe, Slack, Facebook, and Pinterest, and previously worked at McKinsey. He focuses on consumer internet, enterprise software, and enterprise infrastructure at Series B. He looks to market structure rather than market size to inform investment decisions.
