Clelia Warburg Peters founded Era Ventures in 2022, closing an $88M inaugural fund in September 2024, making her the first woman to close an initial fund of that size in proptech. Previously she was a Venture Partner at Bain Capital Ventures for their proptech practice and co-founded MetaProp. She was also President of Warburg Realty until its 2021 sale to Coldwell Banker. She holds a BA from Yale and MBA from Columbia Business School.
