Dayna Grayson is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Construct Capital, an early-stage firm investing in technology to transform foundational industries like manufacturing, logistics, and energy. Prior to founding Construct in 2020, she was a Partner at NEA where she led investments including Desktop Metal (NYSE: DM), Onshape (acquired by PTC for $525M), Formlabs, Tulip, and Framebridge. Earlier in her career she was an investor at North Bridge Venture Partners and began in product development at Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB). She holds a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she serves as a venture partner.
