Background

Ernest Addison is a Senior Associate at boldstart ventures who joined the team in 2021. He previously was a late-stage investor at Audax Group covering healthcare, business services, consumer, industrial technology, and software. He began his career in the Global Industrials Investment Banking group at Bank of America. He holds a B.S. in Commerce with an Entrepreneurship track from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and has recently relocated to San Francisco to support founders building in AI.
