Background

Frederico Guesser co-founded Caravela Capital in 2019 alongside Mario DeLara and Lucas Dzierwa de Lima. He holds a degree from FGV EAESP and previously worked at Zaxo M&A Partners in ECM, DCM, and turnaround advisory. At Caravela he focuses on identifying and investing in early-stage companies across Brazil, Uruguay, and Mexico with a check size of $500K–$1.5M.
