Gilman Louie is co-founder and Managing Partner of America's Frontier Fund, a venture firm aligning private capital with U.S. sovereign priorities in critical and emerging technologies. He was the founding CEO of In-Q-Tel, the CIA's technology investment firm, from 1999–2006, where he invested in companies including Palantir and Keyhole (now Google Earth). He is also a partner at Alsop Louie Partners and formerly designed the F-16 Fighting Falcon flight simulator video game series.
