Gray Robinson

Background

Gray Robinson joined Congruent Ventures as a Partner in March 2025, bringing experience as both an early-stage venture investor and startup executive. She previously oversaw strategy and operations at Mariana Tek through its exit to Xplor Technologies, then led corporate strategy across 30+ software brands. Earlier she invested in industrial tech at Anzu Partners and started her career at Village Capital, a seed-stage fund and accelerator focused on cleantech, agtech, fintech, and health. She holds a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.
