Javier Redondo

Background

Javier Redondo is a Partner at Scale Venture Partners with engineering and product backgrounds in distributed systems. He previously led product at Anyscale (Ray compute platform), drove major initiatives at Confluent (Apache Kafka), and built card issuing and processing at Klarna. He started his career at McKinsey advising on digital transformation and ML adoption. He holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering from ICAI and an MBA from Stanford.
