Joachim Vaturi

Background

Joachim Vaturi is an Investor at Construct Capital, joining the firm in June 2025. Prior to Construct, he spent 2.5 years at America's Frontier Fund, where he helped establish a $300M venture fund in partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense and SBA, led investments including Foundation Alloy, Tacta Systems, and Venus Aerospace, and launched the Roadrunner Venture Studios. Before that, he was the first business hire and Growth Lead at FutureFit AI, an AI-powered workforce development startup. Earlier, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company focused on the future of work and AI's impact on labor markets. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Chinese Language and Culture from Washington University in St. Louis.
