Joey Krug

Background

Joey Krug joined Founders Fund as a Partner in April 2023 to lead the firm's crypto strategy. Previously he was Co-CIO at Pantera Capital, where he invested in first institutional rounds of StarkWare, Arbitrum, and Alchemy. He is a Thiel Fellow who studied computer science at Pomona College before dropping out, and co-founded Augur and Eco. He focuses on Web3 and broader crypto ventures from seed through Series B.
