Background

Kirsten Green founded Forerunner Ventures in 2012, pioneering the modern consumer VC category. She began her career as an equity research analyst covering retail and consumer stocks at Banc of America Securities. Green has led the firm to raise over $2B from institutional investors, most recently closing Fund VII at $500M, bringing total AUM to nearly $3B. She has made more than 100 investments and appeared on the Forbes Midas List for ten consecutive years. She has been named to Time's 100 Most Influential People and Forbes' World's 100 Most Powerful Women. She holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and is a licensed CPA and CFA charterholder.
