Leonardo Jianoti is an economist and venture capitalist who founded Curitiba Angels and led CWB Capital as CEO, becoming a prominent early-stage investor in Paraná. He joined Honey Island Capital in 2021 as Managing Partner, co-launching their first institutional BRL 100M fund with 4UM Investimentos. He focuses on fintech and SaaS B2B startups at pre-seed and seed stages.
