Maggie Brickerman

Background

Maggie Brickerman joined gener8tor in 2014 as the company's second employee and became an equity partner, helping scale the organization to over 75 programs, 130 employees, and a presence in 46 cities across three countries. She directed strategic vision, managed an eight-figure operating budget, and grew programs supporting over 500 companies that raised nearly $1.5B in follow-on funding. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was named Incoming President of the Wisconsin Technology Council in 2025.
