Magnus Grimeland

Background

Magnus Grimeland is the Founder and CEO of Antler, a global early-stage VC firm he founded in 2017. A Norwegian Naval Special Forces veteran and Harvard graduate, he spent six years at McKinsey as a Junior Partner and later co-founded Zalora and served as COO of Global Fashion Group, scaling across 26 countries. Antler has since raised $510M in 2025 alone and has invested in companies valued at over $3.7B across 27 cities globally.
