Mandy Cole is a Partner at Stage 2 Capital who pairs as an investment pod with a traditional VC partner to back early-stage B2B software founders. She built and scaled GTM organizations at LivingSocial ($5M to $750M), MyNewPlace, Main Street Hub, and Zenefits (20 to 200 SDRs). She previously founded Rise Accelerator to help Series A companies build and scale GTM before joining Stage 2.
