Marc Andrusko is a Partner at Oak HC/FT who joined in 2026 from Andreessen Horowitz where he led investments in B2B AI applications and fintech, with thesis areas spanning capital markets, payments infrastructure, and the intersection of fintech with healthcare. Prior to a16z, he led personal financial management at Plaid and was a VP at Goldman Sachs across corporate development and interest rate products. He graduated magna cum laude from Duke University studying Public Policy and Environmental Science.
