Background

Mark Spoto co-founded Razor's Edge Ventures with 30+ years of experience in space, advanced sensors, ISR, and advanced manufacturing investments. Before Razor's Edge, he was a partner at Cooley LLP focused on M&A and venture capital, and earlier worked as an aerospace engineer on the Air Force Titan IV rocket program. He holds a summa cum laude BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and a JD magna cum laude from Georgetown Law.
