Background

Mate Pencz holds an Economics degree from Harvard University and co-founded Canary in 2017 alongside other tech entrepreneurs. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Loft, a Brazilian real estate marketplace unicorn that has raised significant capital. At Canary he serves as Investment Partner alongside his operating role at Loft. He focuses on seed and early-stage investments across Latin America.
