Mia Farnham

Background

Mia Farnham is a Principal at Precursor Ventures, which she joined full-time in 2024 after being part of the firm's first MBA intern cohort in 2021. Before Precursor, she was a Principal at SteelSky Ventures (one of the largest women's health funds to date) and led Growth and Operations at Attn: Grace, a Precursor portfolio company. Earlier she worked at Deloitte in M&A and restructuring for Consumer and Healthcare clients. She co-hosts Precursor's weekly Learning Corner podcast with Charles Hudson. She holds an MBA from Michigan Ross and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell.
