Michelle Aguinis

Background

Michelle Aguinis is a Principal at the Menlo Inception Fund, focused on incubating and launching early-stage AI-native companies with venture-scale potential. She joined Menlo in 2020 as part of the Inception Fund's founding team, previously working at Boston Consulting Group across technology, financial services, consumer products, and industrial sectors. She graduated valedictorian from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and holds an MBA from Stanford GSB.
