Background
Mike Mauzé is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of VMG Partners, which he founded in 2005 after serving as Managing Director at TSG Consumer Partners and investment banker at Lehman Brothers and PaineWebber, advising consumer and retail companies. He built VMG to focus intentionally small—fostering democratic communication and transparency—while partnering with entrepreneurs on their most important journeys. He is based in San Francisco and now co-leads alongside Managing Partner Robin Tsai.
