Background
Monica Saggioro Leal co-founded Maya Capital in 2018. She began her career at Whirlpool and spent four years at Restaurant Brands International as Regional Director for Burger King Latin America before completing her MBA at Harvard Business School. She also held investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs in TMT. Maya Capital is a female-founded seed fund focused on both Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America. She has led Female Force Latam, supporting women founders in the region.
