Background

Nathan Benaich is the Founder and General Partner of Air Street Capital, which closed a $232M Fund III in 2026 to become Europe's largest solo GP venture firm. He holds a PhD in cancer biology from Cambridge and has been investing in AI-first companies since 2019. He co-authors the widely-cited annual State of AI Report and founded the RAAIS Foundation.
