Background

Naza Metghalchi is a General Partner at Heartcore Capital based in London, investing at pre-seed and seed across Europe. Born in Iran and raised in Paris, she spent five years as Principal at EQT Ventures focusing on B2B software and enterprise AI before joining Heartcore. Earlier in her career she joined onefinestay pre-Series A through its $80M raise and acquisition. She holds an MS in Management from the London School of Economics and wrote the guide Rewarding Talent on employee ownership.
