Neal Sales-Griffin

Background

Neal Sales-Griffin is the Managing Director of Techstars Chicago, a position he has held since 2019. He co-founded the nation's first in-person coding bootcamp and later served as CEO of CodeNow, a Y Combinator-backed nonprofit running coding programs for underserved students. He also teaches entrepreneurship as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering.
