Nicole Ripka

Background

Nicole Ripka is an Investor and Director of the AIR (Artificial Intelligence Residency) program at Collaborative Fund. She previously held roles at betaworks and Dorm Room Fund where she served as Managing Partner and co-directed the Female Founders Track. Her investment thesis centers on dual-use technologies serving defense and critical infrastructure, with a focus on early-stage university-spin-out companies.
