Pat Grady joined Sequoia Capital in 2007 and has spent 18+ years at the firm focused on growth-stage enterprise software and AI. He led Sequoia's growth investing practice from 2015, driving landmark deals in Snowflake, Zoom, ServiceNow, OpenAI, Notion, Okta, HubSpot, and Harvey. In November 2025 he and Alfred Lin were named co-stewards of Sequoia, succeeding Roelof Botha. Under their leadership Sequoia raised a roughly $7 billion expansion fund targeting late-stage AI companies in the US and Europe. He currently sits on the boards of Harvey, Grow Therapy, Watershed, Pilot.com, Cribl, and Attentive.
