Pete Williams

Background

Pete Williams is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Cota Capital and serves on the firm's Investment Committee. He joined Cota in 2016 and brings operational, financial, and legal experience from serving as CFO, EVP of Corporate Development, and General Counsel at Saba Software, where he played an instrumental role in Saba's IPO and eventual go-private transaction. Previously he was a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, representing venture capital firms and technology companies on financings and M&A. He holds a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Santa Clara University.
