Rachel Holt is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Construct Capital, which she co-founded in 2020 with Dayna Grayson. Before Construct, Rachel spent nearly 8.5 years at Uber as one of its first 30 employees and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, running the US & Canada Rides business and later leading New Mobility (eBike, eScooter) and Uber's internal incubator. Prior to Uber, she held roles at New Enterprise Associates, The Clorox Company, and Bain & Company. She received a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Amherst College and an MBA from Stanford University.
Applying scaled operating experience from Uber to help founders navigate go-to-market, regulatory resistance, and organizational design in logistics, transportation, and industrial sectors.
