AI-native VC, founder of Conviction Partners
Sarah Guo founded Conviction in late 2022 with $101 million to back AI-native 'Software 3.0' companies, after leaving Greylock Partners where she had been the firm's youngest General Partner. At Greylock she led investments in enterprise software and security, including Figma. Conviction invests $1–$25M in early-stage AI companies and has backed over 50 companies including Harvey, Mistral AI, Sierra, HeyGen, Cognition, Baseten, and StackBlitz. She grew up in Wisconsin, earned undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and began her career at Goldman Sachs before joining Greylock in 2013. She also co-hosts the 'No Priors' podcast on AI with Elad Gil, which has become a leading forum for AI builders and investors.
