Shay Har-Noy

Background

Shay Har-Noy is the Managing Director of Techstars Boulder, re-launched in partnership with the University of Colorado Boulder. He has mentored dozens of Techstars cohorts since arriving in Boulder in 2013 following the acquisition of his first company. He brings extensive experience as CEO of venture-backed companies, angel investor, and startup operator focused on product-market fit and team building.
