Taiga Matsuyama

Background

Taiga Matsuyama is a Founding Partner at East Ventures and a Japanese internet industry pioneer. During his studies at Waseda University, he helped launch Yahoo Japan. After graduating, he joined Accenture as a consultant, then co-founded eGroups in Japan and served as board member at NetAge, one of Japan's first internet incubators. He later founded Kronos Fund before co-founding East Ventures in 2009 with Batara Eto and Willson Cuaca.
