Background

Pandu Sjahrir is Founding Partner of AC Ventures and Managing Partner of Indies Capital Partners, having backed major startups including Gojek, Sea Limited, and Bukalapak as an angel investor. He has facilitated raising over $1 billion for more than 100 companies. In 2025, he was appointed CIO of Danantara, Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund, by President Prabowo Subianto. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Stanford University.
